There are no JetSubmit per-form, per-submission, per-field or per-Object usage charges. No separate feature tier is required for Custom Objects or file fields.

HighLevel billing note: The Generate Record Update Form workflow action and the Record Update Form Submitted trigger are both HighLevel Marketplace workflow components, and HighLevel counts an execution of either one – the action running, or the trigger firing – as a premium execution toward the sub-account’s Premium Workflow usage. This may incur HighLevel usage charges, depending on the account’s Workflow Pro plan and included execution allowance, separate from the Update Records with Forms subscription. HighLevel offers volume-based bundles that lower the per-execution rate at higher usage – see HighLevel’s Workflow Pro plan pricing.

SMS/Email verification note: When Send Verification Code is turned on for a form, each verification code – and its automatic resend by the other channel if delivery can’t be confirmed – is sent as a real text message or email through the sub-account’s own connected HighLevel messaging setup. These sends incur the sub-account’s own standard HighLevel SMS/email costs, separate from the Update Records with Forms subscription, and require SMS and/or email sending to already be configured on the HighLevel account. Compliance with SMS and email consent requirements (for example TCPA and 10DLC registration) for messaging your own Contacts remains the sub-account’s responsibility.
